Attempted to cancel an order that was place in a wrong location. The store was called over eight times consecutively and had no answer. Had another store call twice and they still didnt answer. Tried customer service and got nothing but voicemail.

Had a innocent today with your river road location i have food allergies and when i called i made sure they understood i coulsnt have any cross contaminants. When i got my food there was noodles in it. When i brought it up to your staff they were extremely rude. Told me i was lieing and that i must of put the noodles in myself .

I visited the Oshkosh Wisconsin location. I was picking up a to-go order for myself, my mother and my two children.

They are supposed to have a buy one any size bowl and receive a children's bowl free on Sundays. The supervisor refused to honor the deal that they advertise" because anybody could go in and say they have kids" and then after spending $67.14 on the meal that I had already promised my children which should have been less than half that due to the advertised deal. I got home and handed out food and the food was half cooked.

I also ordered a salmon bowl. The noodles and vegetables were half cooked and the salmon was all but burnt.

What a piece of garbage you are. In all their ads and even on Facebook, it says dine-in only.

Children under 10. You need to stay home and away from people.

I'm sorry. I'm asking myself how are you supposed to know that the kids must be present to get the deal before you go?

Is this something they tell you on a commercial? Let's say me and my husband go to Joe's Burgers. I'm not very hungry so I choose something from the child's menu. The restaurant denies my order for a kids meal because I'm not a kid.

Yeah, no you don't want to do business with them again. Besides, the response speaks volumes.

If you go into a burger joint they will sell you a kid’s meal. Because you are paying for it.

Here, they clearly state dine-in.

Ten years old and under. Plus it is free.

OH GROW UP. No one was rude to you.

If you want the free kids meal then you have to take the kids with you. Common sense. Even if you did not know, telling you something that you do not want to hear is not the same as rude.

NO is NOT the SAME as RUDE. Why could you not take the kids there with you?

Orange chicken was not chicken but fat and deep fried in batter, breaded and served over riced ! All the pieces that everyone throws away after cleaning the chicken Teriyaki Madness fries it and serves it over rice and charge you

Bad costumer service and missing food

I placed an Online order on my app and set up a time to pick up (during my lunch time at work) I assumed they got my order ready and did not have to wait and be able to return to work on time. They did not have the order ready and took more than 20 minutes to get the food. Also, I did not check the order, but I ordered a chicken egg roll and it was not on my order. I could not go back because I was rushing to work.

Yeah, one of your franchises is lying about me working there

On the 26th my car broke down September 26. My car broke down.

My phone has not been working very well. John at the Teriyaki on Miller Road took me off seven shifts before I even made it to work. I tried to text him and then I tried to get on the seven shifts to find peoples number to tell him Im gonna be late no one would answer me. He wouldnt answer me took me off seven shifts and fired me and I dont understand why Im getting fired and I only was late one day or missed one day I thought you have three days then I went and filed for unemployment, and he said, or one of the people working there said that I worked there full-time Still and I dont to answer the phone and lie and say that I do work there still full-time so I cannot get my unemployment is very wrong whether it was John or his manager now name is Selena.

She should not have lied and said I work there still full-time she knew what she was doing and you know what the meat theres never thrown away after two hours and no one there is sir saved. I was serve safe certified when I worked there and John said rude and mean things to me like my age I feel like his age discrimination.

Deleted my points on app

All of my points that I earned have been deleted from my app. with no explanation. I had thousands of points that I earned and would like them put back on my app. There was no notification or explanation as to why and no one to call or reach out too. Your company makes it very difficult to contact anyone.

Where did in your store for over? A half an hour just to be told I couldn't be served wasted my time on lunch previous order didn't have extra noodles and I asked for them and paid for them the teriya

Service was terrible. Spent a half an hour waiting for the cashier to complain that the general manager didn't feel like working today. He was having a problem putting orders in just to find out they weren't gonna cook me any food and I wasted my whole lunch.

I'm a very upset customer in regard to the quality of the food I received from the Teriyaki Madness on 43 S Stephanie St. Suite 160 Henderson, NV.. It was a bone located inside the chicken breast. It took me several times to read her out to a manger there with no response until I called back again on June 30th.. 10 days after my purchase.. The rude manager I spoke with was Gomez he was very rude arguing with me over the telephone instead of resolving the issue..Id rather not go back to that location now after not getting GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would like my card credited back PLEASE!!
